An impeccable array of eight meeting rooms providing more than 500 square meter of space are ideal for corporate business meetings, board meetings, social events or private dinners from 2 to 200 guests.
The Marble Room, situated on the conference floor, this contemporary space can hold up to 200 people for cocktails, 180 people theatre style or 110 banquet. It can be divided into three sections and opens onto the pre-function area, which complements the room with its natural light.
The Press Room, also located on the conference floor can hold up to 80 people for cocktails and theatre style, and 60 banquet. It can also be divided into three spaces and adjoins the pre-function area for drinks for up to 100 people.
The meeting spaces also include two authentically restored heritage rooms aptly named Sir James and Sir Warwick which once housed their offices. Located on the Mezzanine floor, these are used mostly for board meetings and exclusive dinners.
The wood-paneled Sir Warwick Room retains the original marble entrance and is filled with natural light from windows facing the corner of Pitt, Hunter and O'Connell Streets. The Sir Warwick is ideal for executive meetings or private formal events for up to 12 people, boardroom style.
Further down the corridor, the Sir James Fairfax Room is ideal for executive meetings, power breakfasts or intimate dinners for up to 15 people boardroom style or up to 30 people theatre style. Natural light is provided from windows along O'Connell Street, and an annex room is available for the service of food and beverage requirements.
The Lady Fairfax Room, located on the entry level, is now popular for its high tea service but can also serve as an event space.
